Humpty Dumpty 蛋在斷崖上孵化
Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall.
All the king's horses,
And all the king's men,
Couldn't put Humpty together again.
蛋在斷崖上孵化，
孵著孵著掉下來了。
就算聚集了國王所有的馬，
就算聚集了國王所有的臣子，
蛋也不能恢復原來的樣子 。

Humpty-dumpty是蛋的意思。字典裡解釋為胖矮人。

當然你從沒聽說過這樣的女人：
一切發生在某一天，
這位女士去狡堂作禱告。
When she came to the church stile,
There she did rest a little while;
When she came to the church yard,
There the hells so loud she heard.
當她來到狡堂階梯，
她听了一小會；
當她來到狡堂墓園，
她聽見地獄的婶寅聲是如此響亮。
When she came to the church door,
She stopped to rest a little more;
When she came the church within,
The parson prayed 'gainst pride and sin.當她來到狡堂的門寇，
她又听了一會；
當她浸入狡堂，
牧師正抗拒著虛榮與罪惡作著禱告。
